Since the age of sixteen, José Martínez, spiritually known as Jai Govinda, has devoted his life to meditation — a practice that has profoundly transformed his consciousness. Through meditation, he has learned to face every challenge with clarity and make decisions from a state of higher awareness and inner peace.
A Journey of Service and Awakening
With years of experience working in internal medicine and psychiatry, and professional training in Cuba and Canada, José developed a deep understanding of human suffering and the emotional, mental, and physical challenges people face.
Over time, he discovered that every person carries the innate power to heal and transform their life, using divine techniques that have been shared throughout history by avatars and enlightened Meditation Teachers and Healers.
This awakening led him to a clear mission:
to help alleviate pain, stress, depression, trauma, and limitation through the use of quantum sounds and energetic healing techniques that restore balance and reconnect individuals with their higher self and divine life purpose.

José’s teachers belong to the ancient lineage of the Rishis and Siddhas, including:

She became aware from an early age of the fluid nature of reality, sensing dimensions beyond the visible. As she grew, this sensitivity deepened and led her to seek a greater understanding of truth and consciousness, eventually realizing that her purpose was already encoded within her.
